Tammy St. John started Pilates Fit in 2011. Tammy is a fully certified STOTT Pilates Instructor and has been teaching Pilates since 2004. She is certified in mat, reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrels, and injury and special populations.
Lori is a health and wellness Fitness Instructor with 25 years of experience with a multitude of skills and modalities providing classes and one-on-one’s in Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, and Personal Training. My passion for health and fitness is to promote whole body health and wellness, strength, and healing through movement. My endless curiosity of the body and thirst of knowledge grows each year. I aspire to share my skills and knowledge with my clients with the highest standard of service. I put safety first and fine tune the movement for the most optimal body alignment to maximize the benefits of what the client is doing at the time. Lori has a Polestar Pilates and PMA (Gold Standard) certifications.
As a former Division I athlete, Mom of two, and lover of movement, Chrissy Garner knows first-hand how to balance a busy schedule with a healthy lifestyle and strives to help others maintain a similar balance. Chrissy offers realistic tools that lead to success and healthy choices. She specializes in performance & sports nutrition, metabolism, digestive wellness, food & gluten intolerance, supplements, insulin resistance, healthy relationships with food, and clean eating. Other topics she’s passionate about are childhood obesity, family nutrition, and shopping & meal planning strategies.

Jeanna embodies everything that we love about fitness instructors- she is able to teach you the most challenging and effective class while keeping you laughing the entire time. If her killer workouts and encouraging training style don’t win you over, her sunny disposition will!
Jeanna is a Stott trained Pilates Instructor and a certified personal trainer. She continues to educate herself in Pilates and the way the human body moves and functions. She enjoys challenging her clients and pushing them to the next level. She truly wants everyone to feel good about themselves.
Her workouts focus on strengthening the core to promote better movement for people of all ages and skill levels, from athletes to the elderly. This girl knows how to get results and you better expect to get them after taking her class!
Olivia Martin a Berkshire native, received a Bachelor of Arts in Dance and Arts Management from Dean College - Joan Phelps Palladino School of Dance. Complementing her degree Olivia received certification from Kripalu School of Yoga thus expanding her scope of movement and wellness. Teaching Yoga and dance at various schools and businesses have included Radiance Yoga, Cantarella School of Dance, Community Access to the Arts in local schools, and co- directing the Moving Company with Dawn Lane. Olivia’s passion for movement and dance encompasses students of various ages, abilities and capabilities.
