Reformer Classes

The Reformer classes are appropriate for students who have a clear understanding of the Basic Principles as well as the strength, endurance and coordination necessary to be successful in this more challenging format. Please note that our instructors reserve the right to suggest you continue with the Essential level if they feel that more appropriate.

Circuit Reformer Class

The Circuit Reformer class is a fun way to do something different on the Reformer.  This is a non traditional class that allows you to do as many reps as you want in a 45 second interval.  This class will build strength, increase your cardiovascular system and tone that core.

Burnout

Not your typical Pilates class! An intermediate, fast-paced class focused on total body burn, this workout is ideal for Pilates lovers who enjoy working hard, doing lots of planks and getting their heart rate up! This is a reformer machine class that uses props and great music to keep you engaged and entertained while you work that core.

Barre Burn

The express lane to calorie burning cardio fitness. This class includes the Pilates Reformers, jumpboard and the barre. The class is fast paced to keep your heart rate up while building and toning your body as only Pilates can.

HIIT the Reformer

Delete distraction and zero in on results with a next-generation HIIT weight training class that strips your training to the core. Work with weights, props, etc and ignite more muscles per move for a total body workout. Give it all you’ve got in intense one-minute intervals, then recover and rise to the next challenge. Fierce focus, killer cardio training, and supercharged strength, all in one.

½ Reformer ½ TRX

This class is 1/2 TRX, which is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person's own body weight instead of relying on machines or dumbbells.  The other 1/2 of the class is done on the Pilates Reformers.  Please bring sneakers for the first half of the class.
